Pepe Newton

Pepe is a qualified business manager and vocational training specialist who has over fifteen years of industry experience in training development, design and delivery in both Australia and Europe.

Pepe works closely with CEOs and Human Resource Managers of leading retailers to develop,
implement and continually evaluate training systems.

Her extensive collaboration with some of Australia’s most well respected vocational training organisations such as Woolworths Ltd, and her links with global trends through McDonald’s Worldwide Learning & Development keep her at the forefront of the management and training industry as it continues to grow and innovate.

Pepe has gained substantial experience in all aspects of retail management during her long career with McDonald’s in Australia and overseas and more recently served as a non-executive member of fashion designer Carla Zampatti’s top management team.
